How long does delivery take?

Please allow 5–7 business days for your magnets to be made, plus delivery time. Delivery time varies depending on your destination.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $9.95 Australia-wide with tracking.

What photo format should I upload?

JPG and PNG files work best. For the sharpest results, use the highest resolution photo you have.

How many photos can I upload per order?

This depends on the magnet set you choose. Each set specifies how many photos are needed.

How do I crop my photos?

Upload your photos on the product page. For each photo, use the crop screen to drag your image into position within the square. Check that faces and important details are inside the crop before confirming. Once you’ve uploaded and cropped all the photos for your set, add it to your cart.

Will you share my photos?

Your photos stay private unless you explicitly choose “Yes” to photo sharing when ordering.

Can I order as a gift?

Absolutely! Photo magnets make a beautiful, heartfelt gift. Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout.
